At Puerte Cabinet, quality of our kitchen cabinets is an essential commitment

Puerte Cabinet controls quality from the timber to the finished kitchen cabinet, through our strict quality control system. Each cabinet we produced goes through more than 30 quality checkpoints before shipping. We implement first work piece inspection and confirmation system. Every worker is required to check the quality of first piece, and make sure it meet quality standard before volume-produce the kitchen cabinet order. During finishing, QC use Xread meter to check the color of kitchen cabinet doors every 30 minute, to ensure color consistency. The finishing line will be stopped to adjust the color in case the reading goes beyond allowable range. At the end of finishing line, we 100% check every piece of kitchen cabinet door and drawer front. Any piece found defective is picked out and transferred to finishing repair department, who decide whether remake, refinish, or fix the problem.

How are your kitchen cabinets constructed? What Material you use?

Our American style kitchen cabinets are constructed per KCMA industry standards. We can make kitchen cabinets to customer's requirements and specs. Our typical products are all wood kitchen cabinets, providing the highest quality durability and craftsmanship. For less expensive lines of cabinets, we can make carcass with particle board. For paint grade cabinet door like white shaker, we can make the cabinet door with MDF for more competitive pricing. All materials we use are CARB P II & EPA certified.

Can you exactly match my current kitchen cabinet inventory? Can I get sample cabinet prior to ordering?

Absolutely. With a sample cabinet or sample cabinet door, we are able to exactly match your construction, finish and door profile. So you can mix our kitchen cabinets with your existing inventory to sale together. Before you place the first order, we can make sample door or sample cabinets for your approval. Lead time for making sample door is 10-15 days, for sample cabinets is 20-25 days.

What is your packing like?

The kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets are packed individually, Flat packed (RTA). Poly foam and corner protection inside, A# grade corrugated cover and tray carton used to provide best protection to the cabinets. For special packing requirement, please contact us.

What is the payment term & price term?

Payment term is T/T 50% deposit at order, 50% upon shipping. Price term is FOB Cambodia port.

What is your cabinet production capacity?

Cabinetry Factory has strong production capacity of 90 X 40HQ containers of flat packed kitchen cabinets monthly.

How long is the production lead time for my kitchen cabinet order?

Production lead time is 50-60 days since the kitchen cabinet order and deposit are received. The first order take longer time in order to make sample and shop drawings for confirmation prior production.

How many kitchen cabinets do I need to order?

We work with container load order only. That means a minimum order is one 40'ft container for each color/style. As a guide, about 800 pieces of flat packed kitchen cabinets or bathroom vanities plus some trim pieces fit in a 40'ft container.

Warranty

Puerte Cabinet warranty reflects our strong commitment to quality and formalizes our promise of customer satisfaction, now and future. Puerte Cabinet hereby warrants to our customer, that all our kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty runs for as long as you own our kitchen cabinets. This warranty is expressly limited to replacement of the defective part. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage, installation, assembly or disassembly, intentional damage, misuse, abuse or negligence, exposure to the elements including humidity, sunlight that may result in aging, warping or splitting.

All claims for defective kitchen cabinets must be submitted to Puerte Cabinet by Email and specify the defects present in the kitchen cabinets or accessories, and relevant purchase order number. After the claim is acknowledged, replacement kitchen cabinets or accessories will be processed and shipped on the next available container.

There is no charge if the replacement kitchen cabinet product is an exact item that is: damaged due to improper package, defective cabinets, parts and pieces, finish and color variations affected resale, shortage on delivery, missing parts in our package.
